In the last few years kettlebells have re-emerged as one of the best tools for developing all-round strength and fitness. This was largely due to Pavel Tsatouline, an ex PTI for the Soviet Special Forces, who took his kettlebell training techniques to America and showed them what they had been missing out on.
Kettlebells are now widely used throughout America and are slowly being used by more and more fitness instructor’s in this country.
